As the HERMLE Team, we identified years ago that service is much more than just a friendly, but uninformed voice in a call centre. Our range of services was and is therefore target-oriented and is continuously being expanded. Spare parts supply within a few hours, whether for new or for older models, rapid assistance by our Service team and extremely practice-oriented training concepts are as a matter of course for us as sales consulting, wherever urgent help is needed.

Over 200 employees work in the Service department at HERMLE. Everyone is working towards the same goal: enthusiastic customers. Therefore communication must be correct – on a technical, linguistic and human level. For this reason we focus on multilingualism and expertise in all areas. Starting with quality assurance and repair processing, through spare parts supply, retrofitting and automation of machines, to operational planning of the service technicians.
